Looking for a way to show your support? It’s appreciated!
Independent authors don’t have the same support system as traditionally published authors. That means you, the enthusiastic reader, are more important than ever. Here are a number of ways you can show your support:
In addition to being an enjoyable addition to your bookshelf, they make great gifts, too.
If you have reading enthusiast friends, recommend a book written by an independent author. There can be distrust around self-published books, so assurance from someone who read and enjoyed it goes a long way. Consider recommending to book clubs, too. If you need question prompts to help with conversation, reach out to the author.
Reviews are a quick and free way to show your support for an author, and it means EVERYTHING. If you enjoy one of my books, please consider giving a star rating and adding a review to help other readers decide whether they’ll like it too.

Speaking of which, I’d like to thank my patrons:
These fine, creative people love the adventure of fiction and are well above average in every way:
Sarah, Dustin, Rain City Ukulele School, Nicole Tuma and Stephanie Tuma.
Naturally talented, intelligent and exceptionally good looking, these are the folks who actively make the world a better place. They recycle. They support artists. They plant trees. Basically, they’re the best. I’m humbled to have so many World Shapers cheering me on.
Thank you Ann, Jess, Natalie, Barney, Diane, Mike, and Leigh!
